When you enter your session, you will begin a conversation with Carmen which will help you disclose what you need and where you would like to focus. The session begins, you will be asked to lie down, fully clothed with your eyes closed. This will create a calming atmosphere which allows you to relax completely. Reiki Seichem Healing is non-invasive and is a relaxing treatment. As we are channelling distance healing you will be notified when the healing has started and ended, with a chance to ask any questions you may have about the session at the end. Distance Reiki healing sessions can be ideal for some people, as it involves being in your own space. Without having to leave the comfort of your own home, you can truly relax, and feel at home with your surroundings. Before your healing session, we would recommend creating a space which is completely calming. We sometimes use items to complement prayers, chanting and other spiritual healing remedies. If you don't like this we can take it out of your treatment time. Please let us know.
