1 2 1 Couples massage workshop – Learn from the experts how to support your partner through Pregnancy and the labour. Your trained and experienced practitioner will guide you through basic massage skills and techniques that you can use with your loved ones at home and during labour to relax and ease muscle tension. The Mummy to be will receive a 60 Minute full body massage including a relaxing face massage combined with massage from the practitioner and their partner. Arms,Neck, back and shoulders, legs optional tummy hand and foot massage. If you or your partner has a specific problem area, neck and or shoulder discomfort, we will base the massage on this area. If you suffer from tight lower back hamstrings, neck or painful feet, we will show you massage techniques exercises and stretches that safely ease tension in this area.
