Need to relax & get more sleep? Try this:


💫💤 💜 Sweet Dreams Ritual 💜🌙💤


😴 Lavender is well known as a sleep aid💤


💜 If you're having trouble getting to sleep or falling asleep or would just like a relaxing before bed Sweet Dreams try this...💤


What to do:


Half fill a large bowl, tub or bucket with warm water.


Add Epsom salts


Add a couple of drops of blended Lavender oil & Lavender flower heads.


Sit down and place both feet into the water.


Take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.


Relax for as long as you like, concentrating on your breathing.


This is recommended before bed.
