Crystals Rock

I've had a passion for and been collecting and studying crystals since I was a child. I started using them in Healing after a kind soul gifted me a Healing kit during a difficult time in 2008. Since then it's become one of my passions and you'll find them all around my person, home, workspace and car.

I use them for grounding, comfort, protection and healing.

Some studies have found that placing particular crystals around your person, home, phone or computer can help reduce any radiation emitted by the device. Some common crystals used that are helpful for everything around the home and work especially phones and computers are: shungite, lapiz lazuli, moonstone, sodalite, pink tourmaline, kunzite, amethyst, malachite, emerald, rose quartz and aquamarine.

It’s known that each gemstone has their own special qualities, protection, clearing, balancing and healing abilities and can be used in various ways so I've chosen specific gems that help protect, support, assist me with energy, provide free-flow of healing energy, creative ideas, have good communication and many other things to help assist me day to day.

More and more people have now began to awaken to the powers of nature for protection, health and wellness using gemstones to help support them from negative energies that we come across on a daily basis.

With the use of the right gemstones, many of my concerns associated with daily life challenges, working and technology can be resolved.

Shungite is a powerful protection crystal is known for its incredible healing and protection properties, including: boosting energy and balancing mind and emotions,

protects you from harmful EMF's detox and purified the body. The biofield of the person has the electromagnetic nature. The plate from a shungite for the mobile phone is intended for protection against influence of the electromagnetic radiation making negative impact on a human body.

Rose Quartz is my favourite of them all great for stress, broken hearts and envokes love and emotional healing.

Rose Quartz is the stone of love for everything in the Universe. Keeping the crystal close by provides an envelop of love around oneself and activates your Heart Chakra. It’s soothing vibrations, ability to heal wounds of the heart, reawakens trust, releases tension and stress, dissolves anger and resentment and these are only some of the gifts of Rose Quartz . It's associated with the Heart Chakra. It’s element is Water and it’s known to help physically by supporting the heart in healing emotions, trauma and or disease.

Emotionally it helps to release and let go of past wounds, grief and traumas, teaches us to trust and hope again.

All these benefits are very helpful in a working environment to help release the stress and tension of the working with many who suppress negative emotions in the environment. I have placed a rose quartz rough stone all over my workspace and home especially next to my laptop.

I use Citrine for protection in my home and work space, placing it in all four corners of the house and work space is found to deflect negative visitors, aids clarity of the mind and creativity.

It's known to increase clarity of thought, creativity and magnify powers of will and manifestation. The vibrations of Citrine activates and harmonise the second, third and sixth chakras, which are all important for the process of creative imagination. It activates the thinking process and enhances mental clarity. It is associated with the Root and Solar Plexus Chakras. It’s element is Fire and it’s known to help physically through energetically supporting digestion, metabolism and weight loss. Emotionally it helps stimulate optimism, playfulness and decisiveness in difficult situations.

Amethyst is the crystal balancing and protection. It can clear your energy field of negative influences and attachments creating an energetic shield of spiritual light around the you that dispels the negativity in your environment. It can bring about a sense of surrounded protection like a bubble of light. Wearing Amethyst upholds your energy field in a state of balance, calm and well-being.

also have a proecting effect againsts devices. It's a realization that most individuals spend a lot of time indoors. With the onset on popularity of computers, digital tvs, and other electrical devices, we are inundated with “electrical smog”.

Devices like computers, microwaves, mobile phones can bring about energy drops, lethargy, depression, moodiness, and sometimes insomnia. There is so much positive ion in our environment caused by the discharge from the electrical charges caused by digital devices it's a good idea to keep your crystals close by and in every room.

Malachite is a crystal of balance, abundance, manifestation and intention. An extremely powerful metaphysical stone, it's often called the “stone of transformation” and is used for deep energy cleaning, bringing healing energy during illness especially cancer as it stimulates the liver to release toxins giving positive transformation to the user.

I feel a great sense of protection from these beautiful crystals as their energies emanate close by me. Often if I'm shopping for crystals they choose me.
